Job Purpose/Value to Company:
This position is a key component of our Client Advocacy program. Ensures that clients and their employees have fast and accurate access to benefit plan information, claims processing and problem resolution.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; Prefer Experience with CRM or ERP systems. Beneflex strives to maintain a paperless environment. Ability to adapt to network scanning system is required.
Industry Knowledge:
Knowledge of HIPAA (HITECH), COBRA (and Cal-COBRA), ERISA, and the Affordable Care Act of 2010. Knowledge of group health, ancillary, and voluntary benefit plans.
Current California Accident and Health & Life Only Agent license.
